Richard A. Shuler Sr., 71, of Tuppers Plains, Ohio, died on March 15, 2013, at the Kobacker House in Columbus.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2013, at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy. Burial will be in Letart Falls Cemetery. Friends may call from 6-9 p.m. on Friday, March 22, 2013, at the funeral home.
