Even though the Ohio Valley saw a glimpse of spring weather this past weekend, clouds came rolling in again on Monday as Mother Nature prepares locals for at least one more dip back to 40-degree temperatures this week, along with a chance of some snow on Wednesday, before returning to the sunshine and T-shirt weather. Despite the dramatic weather changes, traffic both on and below the Silver Memorial Bridge is still moving along.
