Donald E. Salmons, 71, of Racine, died, at 7:42 a.m. on Thursday, February 7, 2013, in the Wexner Medical Center at the Ohio State University.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, February 13, 2013, in the Chapel and Mausoleum at Meigs Memory Gardens. Cremeens Funeral Home of Racine is entrusted with Donald’s arrangements.
