GALLIPOLIS — Voter turnout appeared to be steady during the end of most day shifts Tuesday around 5:30 p.m. as Gallia County residents in Green Township, Precincts 1 and 3 filed into the Gallia County Health Department polling location, located at 499 Jackson Pike. Gallia County voters were deciding several local, county-wide, statewide and national races in this general election, not the least of which includes the presidential race between Gov. Mitt Romney and current President Barrack Obama.
