Superstorm Sandy’s effects could be felt across much of the eastern United States, including locally in the Ohio Valley. The unseasonably cool weather produced some precipitation creating strange scenes in the area like snow-covered political signs and frosty pumpkins. The weather is expected to stay wet and chilly, but should warm up to near 50 degrees by Sunday.
