Gallipolis in Lights flashes to finish


Runners blaze by as lights flash and feet stomp in the annual Gallipolis in Lights 5k Electric Walk and Run on Saturday evening. The race began at 9 p.m. at the intersection of State Street and First Avenue. Peyton Adkins took overall first for the women’s race with a finish time of 19:00.7. Kaleb Crisenberry won the men’s overall race with a time of 17:36. The McCalla residence took first prize in the house decorating contest.
