Hilda L. Dennison, 99, Gallipolis, passed away at 9:20 p.m. Sunday, January 20, 2013, in the Arbors at Gallipolis.

Born October 22, 1913, in Harrison Township of Gallia County, she was the daughter of the late Chester Lawrence and Nettie Wallace Cremeens. She was a homemaker and attended the Northup Baptist Church.

Surviving are her sons, Donald (Virginia Mae) Dennison, Columbus, Ohio and Ronnie (Jackie) Dennison, Gallipolis; daughter, Linda Kay Vreeland, Gulfport, Mississippi; grandchildren, David Lee (Jeanette) Dennison, Angela Sue (James) Banks, Charles Ray Dennison, Harold Edward Vreeland and Theresa (William) Smith; great-grandchildren, Adam Dennison, Kristin Dennison, Aaron Banks, Anastasia Funk, Keilynn Smith and Elysia Smith; great-great grandchildren, Emily Funk, Zachary Funk and Haley Funk; brother, Lawrence (Ruby) Cremeens, West Jefferson, Ohio; and a special niece, Shirley Wallace, Gallipolis.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Edward Dennison, in 1956; a daughter, Lee Ann Dennison; and sisters, Lillian Gladman, Doris Cremeens, Mildred Indocino and Jewell Gersper.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 23, 2013, in the Cremeens Funeral Chapel. Officiating will be Pastor Paul Voss. Interment will be in the Ridgelawn Cemetery at Mercerville. Friends may call after 11 p.m. Wednesday at the Chapel.
