VFW honors past commanders


A proclamation was presented at a dinner Tuesday evening at Gallipolis VFW Post 4464 honoring World War II veterans who were past commanders at the post. More than 100 people were in attendance. Howard Waugh’s daughter, Ellen Werry, received the award for him as her father passed away two weeks prior to this event. Tony Morrelo was honored as well.
