Gallia recognizes Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month

William Thomas stands with Tim Stout, workshop director with Gallia County Board of Developmental Disabilities, as Thomas tells his story to the Gallia County Commissioners of his hard work as a full-time employee with Walmart on Eastern Avenue. After an extended period of time working with the company, he may be able to receive benefits. Thomas has been able to accomplish these goals in part due to concerted effort — and with the help of his education — encouraged by the Gallia County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
