Financial advocates open house


The Holzer Financial Advocates recently conducted an open house to provide education and awareness of services offered in the department. Staff helped visitors with explanations about billing charges and answering account questions. Staff also assisted people with financial screening to determine eligibility for payment arrangement, financial assistance request and applying for Medicaid.
