Allegedly, Cleland entered a “verbal altercation with her live-in boyfriend, with whom she has children in common.” Cleland allegedly punched her boyfriend in the face twice because he made her angry. According to reports, the pair had been arguing throughout the day and when Cleland became intoxicated, she supposedly became more aggressive and struck her significant other.

In a separate case, Gallia County Sheriff’s Office requested an arrest warrant for Joshua Saunders, 35, of Bidwell, for being located around the Gallia Metropolitan Estates property after having been barred from the location in 2007.

In a separate case, a complaint was released by the Gallia County Sheriff’s Office in regards to Mitchell Kirby, 24, of Indianapolis. Allegedly, Kirby is a fugitive from Indiana where he has been charged with breaking the terms of his probation stemming from a theft conviction. The complaint says Kirby is allegedly in violation 2963.11 of the Ohio Revised Code for fleeing to Gallia County.
