Church welcomes new pastor

Faith Baptist Church, 3615 Jackson Pike, Bidwell, will welcome a new senior pastor on Sunday. Nathan Britton, his wife, Katrina, and their three sons are arriving at the church from Taos, N.M. The couple say they are excited to start their ministry in Bidwell. Pastor Britton is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary. He has what he calls a “God-inspired passion” for preaching/teaching and for “Biblical discernment in the midst of a convoluted Christian culture.” An installation service will be conducted at 10:45 a.m. Sunday during the morning service.
