Elks presents Cerebral Palsy Grant


Nelson Dray, Past Exalted Ruler of Gallipolis Elks Lodge 107, presents a Cerebral Palsy Grant to Kay Davis, superintendent of the Meigs County Board of Developmental Disabilities. The $5,000 grant was provided by the Ohio Elks Cerebral Palsy Fund Board, which is administered by the Ohio Elks Association. The grant will be used to further enhance the Meigs County Board of Developmental Disabilities’ playground equipment.
