GALLIPOLIS — The Southern Ohio Agricultural and Community Development Foundation (SOACDF) will feature a series of informational meetings during July to announce the 2009-10 programs.
Producers who have participated in the Southern Ohio Agricultural and Community Development Foundation grants are encouraged to attend one of the upcoming meetings concerning the new programs. There have been significant changes in the program.
Applications and information packets will be available starting July 1 at the foundation office in Hillsboro, local Farm Service Agencies (FSA), Soil and Water Districts (SWCD) and County Extension offices or online at www.soacdf.net.
Gallia County’s informational session is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 9 at the C.H. McKenzie Agricultural Center, 111 Jackson Pike.

• Highland — Monday, July 13, 2 p.m., Highland County Training Employment Center, Hillsboro.
• Adams — Monday, July 13, 6:30 p.m., Cherry Fork Community Center, Cherry Fork.
• Clermont — Wednesday, July 15, 2 p.m., Felicity Franklin School, Felicity.
• Brown — Wednesday, July 15, 6:30 p.m., Southern Hills Career and Technical Center, Georgetown.
• Scioto/Pike — Thursday, July 16, 6:30 p.m., USDA Service Center, Ohio 104, Lucasville.
• Noble — Tuesday, July 21, 6:30 p.m., Noble County SWCD, Ohio 78, Caldwell.
• Jackson – Tuesday, July 28, 2 p.m., OSU Extension Office, Ohio 93, Jackson.
