GALLIPOLIS — Two local men recently appeared in Gallia County Common Pleas Court to face multiple charges related to alleged sexual offenses against minors in two separate cases.Joshua Sparkman, 25, of Bidwell, pleaded not guilty to two counts of rape, two counts of sexual battery, four counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles during a hearing last week before Judge D. Dean Evans.
